Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods and delivery
Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Storage on arrival
Research peptides are shipped in stable lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. On arrival, store vials according to the storage guidance listed on each product page.
Damaged, lost, or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and include your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
