This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases from arcadiasciences.com.
Returns
Because our products are research compounds whose integrity depends on sealed, controlled handling, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Return shipping for non-defective returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
