What does “research use only” mean?
All Arcadia Sciences products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices.
Do your products come with a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch is documented with a certificate of analysis covering identity and purity. If you need the COA for a specific lot, contact us and we will provide it.
How should I store the products on arrival?
Our peptides ship in stable lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. Follow the storage guidance listed on each product page — typically refrigeration for short-term and freezing for long-term storage.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Available methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout, and you will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded — see our Refund & Returns policy.
