Returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned.

Contact us through Contact within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear.

Return shipping for non-defective returns is the purchaser’s responsibility.
