What does “research use only” mean?
All Arcadia Sciences products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. We do not provide dosing information, reconstitution instructions, or experimental protocols.
Who can purchase?
You must be at least 21 years of age. Purchases are limited to qualified researchers and laboratories or research organizations buying for in vitro laboratory research use only.
Do your products come with a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every batch is documented with a certificate of analysis covering identity and purity. If you need the COA for a specific lot, contact us and we will provide it.
How should materials be stored on arrival?
Peptides ship in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. Follow the storage conditions listed on each product page. We do not provide handling protocols beyond those listed specifications.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Available methods and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded. See Refund and Returns.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there, which can include card, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle. No account is required; you check out as a guest.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. Research laboratories and qualified research organizations can request wholesale or bulk fulfillment on the Wholesale page. Wholesale supply is for laboratory research use only.
